I have stayed at this property at least twice a year for the past 12 years. The staff (except for one person) is very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast area is very clean and well stocked with lots of variety. The person working there was very helpful and helped people bring food to the table if they needed help. There is plenty of parking and the location is great. The rooms are comfortable. The internet/ wifi device had been mounted to the underside of the desk, but had fallen off and was dangling by two wires. I thought it was the smoke alarm and told the person at the front desk about it. A maintenance person was knocking on the door within ten minutes and explained what the device was, and got it back under the desk. Overall, the room was neat, though a little dusty in areas. There were plenty of towels and an extra blanket. The heating system worked well and I was able to adjust it easily.

The staff was very professional and pleasant from the time I checked in until the time I checked out! Andrea was awesome about correcting my problem, which I thought was no how water in my room , but I was not turning the knob correctly LOL but she was outstanding of resolving the problem. Also the room attended she was so nice of assisting me with the bathtub knob and I believe her name was Paula it was her birthday:-) The breakfast attended was very nice, and I made sure everything was fresh and hot , She's from Chicago :) I will be back next summer!

The location is absolutely phenomenal. It’s outside of the city, but right in the middle of a very safe town, surrounded by every kind of store if you have any need. The food locations nearby are excellent for families. The breakfast was very delicious and a wide selection. The view from the balcony was a favorite of my kids. The pool is closed while we were there because of the season however, it looks like a very decently sized pool and I would love to come visit in the summer. I definitely plan on coming back.

Loved the location. The hotel was connected to both a Chilis and a bar and also had vending for any food or snacking needs. Walmart was within walking distance juat behind the hotel. Everything was close that you would need without the area being too congested. The area was well kept and nice with very friendly people. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable! The temperature, beds, and pillows were perfect! Breakfast was great! Hot and cold options. We would definitely stay here again!
